Sterling silver, silver/gray faceted sapphire. I have set the Sapphires from the back, which gives the stone a nice front frame, while leaving the back open to see the stone from behind.  While these are "quiet" stones, they are a pretty, neutral color that goes with so many outfits.  2-3/8" long from the post by 1-1/4" wide across the stone at the bottom.
