Sterling silver, 22K gold and an amazing piece of quartz that has chunks of hematite crystals and strands of golden mica "floating" inside.  The cuff is 6" around with a 1" opening that easily fits a 7 to a 7-1/4" wrist. It is 2" wide where the stone sits, the rest of the cuf is 1-1/2" wide.
